Neryl arabinofuranosyl-glucoside is isolated from wine grapes (Vitis vinifera) 3,7-Dimethyl-2,6-octadien-1-ol; (E)-form, O-[a-L-Arabinofuranosyl-(1->6)-b-D-glucopyranoside] belongs to the family of Terpene Glycosides. These are prenol lipids containing a carbohydrate moiety glycosidically bound to a terpene backbone.
